THE LIFE OF
PI’ERRE 4

My goal was to redesign one of my favorite albums, The Life of Pierre 4.

I created and printed a prototype for a CD pamphlet, and designed an alternate album cover that could be animated for Spotify.

For the album cover I wanted to pay homage to the original artwork and maintain its iconic shade of purple and simplicity. As a result I chose to keep the background solid, and to set it apart, played with sans serif type until I landed on a motif that felt visually interesting, yet non-intrusive.
